One Year Subscription to Golfing Magazine and Free Golf Certificate

Congratulations on your subscription to Golfing Magazine’s “Free Greens Fees” program. This certificate entitles you to one greens fee
(or a round as defined by specific restrictions) at each of the courses listed on the opposite side. Please call ahead to make a reservation
and abide by the rules of the club. Be sure to bring your certificate with you to each course you play, as golfers will not be able to
receive the program benefits without their certificate. Rounds must be used by December 31, 2010. Remember: certificate is for greens
fee only—user is responsible for any mandatory cart fee. Limit one certificate per person. Certificate is non-transferable. No use for
holiday, league, or tournament play. No Father’s Day play. Reservations must be made within 72 hours of requested tee time unless
otherwise noted. Tee times booked outside of 72-hour window will not be valid for the program benefits. Golf course may request credit
card to hold reservation. One reservation per certificate; each player must make their own reservation. There is a $20 fee required to
issue a replacement certificate. Publishers are not responsible for any errors in advertising and editorial.

LONG ISLAND
Play Availability:
Monday – Thursday after 11 a.m. and Sunday after 1 p.m. unless specified below.

* Brentwood Country Club; $18 cart fee required per golfer.
$4 online reservation fee. Valid Tue – Fri after 11 a.m.
* Dix Hills Park Golf Course; Valid any day after 11 a.m.
* Great Rock Golf Club; $20 cart fee required per golfer.
* Gull Haven Golf Course; $12 cart fee required per golfer.
$3 online reservation fee. Valid Mon – Fri after 11 a.m.
* Harbor Links Golf Course; Mon – Thur after 1 p.m. only;
$20 cart fee required per golfer. Reservations can only be
made 24 hrs in advance for championship course.
Executive Course: valid anytime weekdays.
* Holbrook Country Club; $18 cart fee required per golfer.
$4 online reservation fee. Valid Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri
after 11 a.m. Course closed Tue.
* Island’s End Golf & CC; $18 cart fee required per golfer.

* Blue Fox Run Golf Club; $15 cart fee + $5 range
token fee required
* Fox Hopyard Golf Club; Monday – Thursday only. No July or

* Gillette Ridge Golf Course; Monday – Thursday after 12pm,
No weekends.
* Keney Golf Course; Monday – Thursday anytime,
Saturdays after 1pm.
* Long Hill Country Club; Monday – Thursday anytime,
Saturdays after 1pm.
* Minnechaug Golf Course; Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm only
* Miner Hills Golf Course; Monday – Thursday 7am – 3pm only,

* Quashnet Valley Country Club; No Availability between
June 15th - September 15th
